Here at Blumenthal we have an assortment of talent in every fabrication technique imaginable. We cultivate the idea that if one of our Craftsmen wants to design and build a personal project, he can do so without worrying about Management coming down on his head. These projects are done on their own time and do not hinder our Delivery Schedule. Before work, during Lunch Break, after work, or when other crews are working overtime giving them Shop access. Included in vast list of Personal Projects are Church Bells, Motorcycle Upgrades, BBQue Pits, Fireplace Screens, Cemetery Archway and Fencing, Designer Computer Desk, Custom Paint Work, Custom Console for a Hot Rod Truck....The list is long and will grow with more input time by this writer. Although none of us are truly classified as "Artists", we are in our own right, Artists! Our customers get this benefit as a Bonus when they ask us to do their work. Talent and Experience is a valuable resource that costs the Customer nothing.
