Designer Wall Covering being Installed on site. Shop fabricated stock material has three different looks all hand achieved in our shop. Nails and Construction adhesive were used to create this one of a kind wall designed by Gensler Architects. Panels were constructed of G90 Galvanized Sheet Metal with three different looks applied. Swirl pattern was achieved with a circular grinder. Flat natural look was done with Naval Jelly. The cross hatch pattern was hand applied in four directions. All panels were then clear coated. Installation of the field portion was on May 13 2006. Craftsmen Philip Deaton and Sherman Broomfield are our Installers

Special Thanks For His Support
Long time employee and Forman of Labor for J. E. Dunn Construction Company, Charles Harden was a most rewarding ally in our attempt to produce the results expected by Gensler Architects, J.E. Dunn, and Blumenthal Sheet Metal. Its rare to work with such a dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Superintendent. His help, and offers of help, made this a special project for all of us involved in the Field erection of this one of a kind Wall Covering.
Job Well Done Charlie!

Below is a step by step review of the installation at 470 Orleans Street, Beaumont, Texas.
5-24-2006
Our combined Crews met at 8:30 on Wednesday morning at 470 Orleans and Bowie Streets, in Downtown Beaumont Texas. Starcom Electric supplied two Journeymen Electricians and one Apprentice. Electricians David Darnell and Arthur Riley were backed up by Josh Barrow. Blumenthal had Journeyman Kelley Attaway and Apprentice Alex Malagon and myself Sonny Rose. This project went in without a single hitch! There are very few jobs that are installed in another City that go so well. Starcom had Lift Trucks and all the rigging needed. We offered expertise in handling a very delicate piece of History. This Clock was installed on this Building in 1927. It was hand fabricated in Germany. Over the years it has been damaged and repaired. This was a total refurbish that included many Art Forms. Hand Crafted Metal Work. Stain Glass Artistry by Lighthouse Glass. Graphics by Atlas Sign Company. Lift work by Sign Doctor. Updated Electronics and Lighting by Starcom Electric.
